Here are some things to remember before you contact us:

* If you lost your bag, glasses or favorite briefcase on a trip, your airline made every effort to return it to you. It is most likely a correct name and address on the item are missing. There is no way we can possibly identify or look for any specific luggage or individual items due to our volume of inventory and since bags are already anonymous when they reach us.

* As much as we'd like to, we cannot search our current inventory for any specific merchandise such as a particular camera, model of sporting equipment or certain sizes of clothing you might like to buy.

Like any retail store, our prices reflect the economy of customers making their own selections in the store. Our in-store personnel are devoted to helping shoppers find what they're looking for. (And they have an uncanny knack of knowing about some really interesting new items!)

* We want to tell you about the big sales events held in the store. But to be alerted you must request to be put on the e-mail list.
